We supply the full range of Dehn surge protection, lightning and earthing products in particular the EXFS100 isolating spark gap used for connection of functionally isolated parts under lightning conditions.
Why use Dehn ?
For example, if one side of a pipe with an insulated flange joint is struck by lightning the EXFS 100 will bridge the insulated flange so the lightning surge can safely travel to ground then return to an isolated state when the fault has passed. If subjected to over voltage this product fails closed, so in other words they are fail-safe.
