INDUSTRIAL CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEM
Typically Industrial Cathodic Protection involves structures such as underground and above-ground storage tanks, buried pipelines, oil and gas wells, and various plants associated with refineries, petro-chemical plants, service stations, power plants, water and waste water treatment plants.
SPECIALIST PIPELINE COATING ASSESMENT SERVICES
The Anode Engineering personnel were members of the originally developed Direct Current Voltage Gradient (DCVG) technique in conjunction with John Mulvaney. Anode Engineering continue to lead the industry in DCVG, CIPS & COPS surveying process throughout the region. We can supply DCVG / CIPS /or COPS purpose-built equipment. We can undertake these surveys to provide coating defect surveys and meet annual legislated reporting regimes using our highly trained, experienced staff.
LOW FREQUENCY INDUCTION (LFI) AND FAULT CURRENT STSTEM MANAGEMENT (FCSM)
Anode Engineering can provide turnkey Investigations and reporting to identify LFI & FCSM potential issues. This can include remedial design measures for remediation of potential safety issues of personnel and equipment. These assessments and recommendations meet the requirements of AS/NZS 4853:2012 plus other international standards.
MARINE ANODES, PILE WRAPS AND OFFSHORE CATHODIC PROTECTION
Design, Supply, Contract Management and client training for Cathodic Protection of Submarine Pipelines, Piling associated with Dock, Piers, Wharves, Jetties, Offshore Platforms, FPSO’s and Single Point Moorings. We also provide Cost of Life Benefit Studies for these structure recommendations including cost savings using pile wrapping materials.
